I reached out to Dacia 3 years before I knew I would be moving to Hilton Head and she was gracious enough to take the time to show me around the island neighborhoods. She kept in touch with me during the 3 years I was planning my move and as soon as I said I was ready, she started looking! She listened to what I wanted and even gave honest advise when I thought I wanted to see a home in a location she knew I would not be happy with. We did all of this via email and text as I was out of state. I even made my offers after she would video tape the location. She was thorough and I trusted her enough to purchase a home without ever having walked in the door myself. I now own my dream home on Hilton Head Island!

Exceeded my expectations
Dacia helped my mother purchase her condo and she told me how wonderful she was. Unfortunately, my mother later passed away and assisted me in selling that condo. She is very knowledgeable of the Hilton Head Island area and created a great listing that got the condo under contract within the first week and with multiple offers over asking. Over the past several years we have been trying to purchase property in Hilton Head and had trouble finding agents that represented our side of the deal. Once we found Dacia it all changed. She is the only Agent in Hilton Head that we trust with an offer or a sale. In the closing transactions we have experienced she has gone above and beyond the responsibility of an agent.

We met with one or two agents who wanted us to replace lighting fixtures as well as other somewhat major improvements to the townhouse after we spent two years fixing it up. We felt they were imposing their individual tastes on what would make it sell better. Dacia took a look at it and said everything looked great as it was. We thought so too so Dacia was the one for us! When we sold our townhouse in Stones Throw the market had moved nicely the previous 12 months but we weren't sure what the top asking price could be. Dacia pulled all of the comps and then we had some long discussions. Dacia provided us market trends and HH insights but left the "deciding" up to us. We set a price, but then, at the very last minute before it listed, added $10K. Dacia made the update and then the first tour made an offer at full price. We still weren't sure if we could get more and didn't immediately accept the offer, waiting the full available response time to see what other buyers might offer. That ended up being the best one and we closed without a hiccup. But it was stressful at the time. Dacia was calm and kept us calm with her confidence. Inspection items were quickly responded to and resolved. It went seamlessly and everything from staging, photos, the listing, and all the way through the closing was perfect.
