I had a great experience with Dacia. She went above and beyond to help me find my first home. She helped me find a great place and was always prepared despite the last minute viewings when I sent her a place I liked! Can’t say enough good things about Dacia and her knowledge of the job.

We met with Dacia on a whim last February to look at properties in Sun City, Bluffton, SC. She was well prepared with several properties to look at. We liked what we saw but wanted a different layout. She said she would look over properties that came on the market. Low and behold when we arrived back in Chicago she had several property listings with our criteria. We chose one and asked if she could get more information. She went the extra mile and took her time and video taped the house, inside and out along with a narrative about amenities, construction, age of appliances, etc. Long distance, we made a bid, which was accepted. She followed through with us all the way until closing along with meeting us at the property when we arrived to move in. Our availability to look at properties was somewhat limited but Dacia always found time to work with our schedule. As we looked at properties, Dacia was very helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy. She was very patient with us throughout the entire process. In the end we decided to purchase a lot and the closing process couldn't have gone smoother. Dacia introduced us to a few builders and even coordinated us meeting another couple for us to ask questions regarding the builder they were using.
