Frank and I first started working with Dacia in the spring of 2019. We were just starting our search for a possible place to retire, and Dacia did a terrific job of showing us all that Hilton Head has to offer. We were very early in the process as we don't plan to retire for another 5-10 years. She was very helpful in keeping us informed about the Hilton Head market without providing any pressure. Fast forward two years - we decided that Hilton Head was the place for us but were still not ready to commit to a home. Instead, we decided to buy a lot. We loved Long Cove and made an offer on a different lot. We were very close to coming to terms with the seller when another higher offer came in. Dacia provided excellent advice and we did not get into a bidding war. Dacia then identified another lot that proved to be perfect for us - 4 Hobnoy Court. We quickly came to terms and closed on the property very quickly. Since that time, she has introduced us to two builders that we like very much. The challenge is which one to pick. Overall, our experience with Dacia was excellent. Her extensive knowledge of the Hilton Head market, combined with her diligence in finding just the right property for us and her professionalism make her an ideal real estate agent.

When we decided to look at SC for our permanent home we were referred to Dacia via a friend. Honestly, the BEST!! The time she took to understand our needs, budget, "likes and dislikes", etc. made us both comfortable in our new State. We were looking for a winter home and had limited time to view properties. This was also complicated by the fact that we wanted to do a 1031 Exchange. We did not find anything while we were in HIlton Head, but Dacia continued to look on our behalf after we returned north. As an Ohio resident, my husband and I entered a crazy real estate market, blind. We could not get over how Dacia seemed to know about every neighborhood, on Hilton Head. In addition, she knew of those neighborhoods that allowed dogs & short term rentals; two things of great importance to us! Also, she paid attention to finding us properties, within our budget and with the coveted view that we were searching for. She was patient, knowing that we had to sell a home, before being able to move forward, as cash buyers. When our home was sold, she found us what we were looking for and helped us negotiate, not just through the sale, itself, but through repairs that were required, following inspection, as well.
